I have come to believe that we are all complex beings with simple needs.  Aside from food, shelter and safety we need to be witnessed and to witness others.  To have both the beautiful and the painful parts of us recognised, to be heard and acknowledged for what we as individuals contribute to the world and through this find deep connection to ourselves, others and the natural world.

Through my work it is my intention to offer opportunities and pathways for this.   To be with you as you are and to support and provide opportunities for witness and for deep connection to yourself, others and the natural world.

In life I wear many hats: Counsellor; Mother; Wife; Yoga teacher; student of life, daughter; Aunty (one of my favourite ones); friend; facilitator; and woman to name the main ones.  As I continue through life I see the connections between each of these roles (or hats) and see and feel the parts my life come together as my various roles continue to inform each other.

My hope is that through my work I am able to recognise both the difficult and beautiful in others and / or to provide spaces for that to be discovered by one’s self or witnessed by others.  I offer this through counselling, yoga, groups and retreats.
