Therapeutic Groups

Intentional spaces to share, grow, witness and be witnessed.

Therapeutic Groups spaces are an intentional and supportive space, to take time out to be present to yourself and to others.  To both offer yourself as a witness and to receive that from others.

Each session there will include

  •  cup of tea and chat / check in time

  • Group guidelines

  • Mindfulness and introduction to a theme for the evening

  • Facilitated discussion and sharing around the theme / intentional conversations

  • Closing mindfulness / Meditation

 

Rachael is not currently running regular groups, please reach out if you would like to be informed of any new groups starting up.
