This class is now - weather permitting run outside in parkland by the Merri Creek in Coburg. Please get in touch with Rachael to confirm location. Come and join Rachael for a Vinyassa style class, a flowing movement practice. You can expect opportunities for pause, options and variations in movement to allow you to work where you are at in a given day or moment.
